Ketil Slagstad is a postdoc at the Institute of the History of Medicine and Ethics in Medicine, Charité Berlin, where he is developing a new research project on the history of clinical research in psychiatry. Dr. Slagstad’s research covers the history of HIV/AIDS and the history of transgender medicine and has been published in journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine, Isis, and Medical History.
