Regeneration and Progress

Flora Papitsi has completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Deree-The American College of Greece. Acquired her Master’s degree for the University of Portsmouth on Sport and Exercise Psychology. She is a candidate for a PhD at the University of Portsmouth on Sport and Exercise Psychology with her main research interest being on the effects of sports participation on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

She is a scientific partner in the non-profit civil organization “Regeneration and Progress” and member of Sports Excellence. She offers mental health services to athletes of all ages. She conducts psychoeducational programs for young athletes, their parents and coaches. Also, she works on raising awareness and promoting the participation and inclusion of children with disabilities in sport activities.
