Introduction to Fencing

Sport and art, mind and body become one in this fascinating activity. Through a strict set of rules and noble rituals, two opponents put strategy, speed of thought, and speed of hand to the test, hoping to score the necessary hits to win the match.

Ages 4 and up
Free entrance on a first-come-first-serve basis, 10 participants every 10 minutes, by showing your SNF Nostos ID in print or digital form.
